About Bonnie
Bonnie has had over fifteen years of experience teaching to adults and children and also VCE students. She has vast experience preparing students for AMEB exams in both voice and piano. She also understands the journey of music as a self help tool and loves teaching for fun and joy. She relishes in the benefits singing and music can provide to gain a deeper sense of connection to one’s self and others. She is one of the main vocal coaches at Melbourne Polytechnic, helping students achieve a professional career. Her strengths are also in Jazz and improvisation where she has studied at the VCA and under the likes of her teacher Rhiannon and Bobby McFerrin (United States). She is the lead singer and composer of two professional bands playing in Melbourne and around Australia. She has also toured Europe, Latin America and the USA.

Bonnie teaches voice and specializes in Jazz, Soul, Latin, world, pop and contemporary. Improvisation is also a strength and passion. She can prepare for VCE exams and auditions.
She teaches piano to beginners and intermediate- can prepare up to grade 5 AMEB.
Bonnie teaches guitar to beginners and intermediate- in classical and contemporary styles.
