I do my best to evaluate where someone struggles and I offer them the appropriate lesson and exercises to overcome their challenges. Furthermore, I encourage who I teach to keep doing their best, especially in math exercises, so that they could believe in their potential. Most people nowadays tend to give up easily, I do my part so they'll see that they can go through each struggle that they face, specifically their challenges in their Math.
