My teaching method is patience and a lot of practice. I start off by learning what the student already knows then I help them work out the the first few problems. After that I allow them to do a problem on their own to see if they way I’m teaching the material is helping if it is I let them continue the problems on their own and if not I break down the material even more until they have a complete understanding of the material.
