About Manda

I am a professional commercial dancer originally from Adelaide where I studied Cert IV in Commercial Dance. I specialise in performance coaching but also LOVE teaching beginners aswell. I can teach from my home in Kangaroo Point or in your home or an outdoor area if you prefer. I do not offer the first lesson free

About the lesson

When I teach a normal hip-hop class, I like to spend some time on technique and some time on learning a routine. My routines are always catered to the students' skill level and I have an emphasis on performance quality. This means my routines don't cram a million moves into 8 counts like a lot of teachers these days. I focuss on getting each move correctly, and having fun while doing it, rather than rushing to fit in all the moves and never getting them exactly right

Perfect! I had Manda choreograph a dance especially for my sisters hens party - and it couldn't have been more perfect! She was super responsive, upbeat and so much fun! When most of the girls had never danced before, she was just so patient and encouraging, we were really able to let our hair down and just have the best day! Would recommend 100% and would happily book her again if the opportunity ever presents itself :)

Perfect! I had Manda choreograph a dance especially for my sisters hens party - and it couldn't have been more perfect! She was super responsive, upbeat and so much fun! When most of the girls had never danced before, she was just so patient and encouraging, we were really able to let our hair down and just have the best day! Would recommend 100% and would happily book her again if the opportunity ever presents itself :)

These ladies were such good sports- getting a little bit sexy, taking on slightly harder moves and immersing themselves in a character! Everything went swimmingly and the communication was friendly yet professional.

Manda is one of the most talented and supportive teachers I have ever learnt to dance with. Not only does she have a wide array of dance styles from beginner to advanced, she also cares about the advancement of each student and their improvement.
She encourages and motivates her class to push themselves further in a gentle and fun way. If not for the encouragement of Manda, I would have never dreamed to perform on stage as a new dancer.
She made the routines easy to learn and was always willing to go the extra mile with making herself available for extra practice lessons or videos for practice at home etc. Manda is one of the most passionate dance teachers I have met.
