About Jeramy

I have been a leader in some form for the past 25 years, mostly in not-for-profit organisations.

I now work directing teams through significant change, reforms and restructures. I am known for my level-head, calm demeanour and determination to bring my teams and the organisation (clients) to individual goals or organisationally completion of projects or objectives.

I want to give people the start I didn’t have as an emerging leader.

I have learnt that I am a person that can see the bigger picture, thoroughly assess the why, and most comfortable hearing someone’s dreams.

Then with this information, develop a plan together to confidently make steps to move forward one step at a time to help you achieve your WHY, either work, study or personal goal.

About the lesson

A servant leader at heart, I am passionate about developing leaders.

I will tailor sessions around your need.

You are in the driver's seat, and I will take the time to listen, reflect on your goals, and ensure I have understood your needs before moving ahead with a session.
