I am Bachelor of Elementary Education graduate who gained hands-on experiences guiding and teaching students with different personalities and learning needs during my teaching internship. I use learner-Centered approach, i start by checking what students already know and how they learn then i adjust my lecturing style, use real-life examples , visual aids, guided practice and i encourage questioning than lecturing and i use interactive activities specially in children, patiently adapt whether someone learns best listening, drawing, writing or doing task. Being a bachelor of elementary education graduate I was trained how to handle different attitudes and different learning style of children so i never force one-size-fits-all , keep my patient high and build a strong foundation. Lesson are built for Elementary grade school learners and kindergarten.
