About Kerstin

I'm Kerstin (29), medical student, paramedic, yoga & meditation teacher, with a great passion for anatomy!

I am also self-employed with “movewithkerstin” - Yoga & Meditation.

Science can explain the HOW and WHY of many things, but no study, however comprehensive, can compare to our own experience.
Only we ourselves can experience the power of yoga practice.

About the lesson

Yoga is the art of harmonizing body and mind.
For years I have been accompanying people on their very individual yoga path & I am happy about everyone with whom I was able to share the power and beauty of this path.

I offer space for mindfulness, relaxation & tranquility as well as physical & mental challenges.

Hatha Yoga | Vinyasa Flow | Ashtanga Yoga | Yin Yoga | Meditation | Exercise | Female Sensuality & Empowerment | Female Mentorship

Whether it is your very first yoga session or you are already an experienced yogi looking for further challenges, WELCOME are all those who want to engage intensively with mind and body.

- The yoga unit can take place in private lessons or in small groups (max. 6 people)
- Duration as desired, min. 1 hour
- Focus can also be on anatomy, especially the spine
- Being a woman & dealing with the female cycle, focus on anatomy & yoga therapy

Lessons take place online via Zoom, at your home or outdoors.
