I am a PhD student in the field of Microbiology. Now, I am also working as visting lecture (Microbiology) at Ramakrishna Mission. Before joining to this college, I taught Microbiology at Gurudas College. From 2013, I have been working as private tutor in the field of biology.

According to me, problem based teaching is the best way. But, to address the problem, students need to know the basic concepts. So, my teaching method is very simple to clear the basic concepts first. Then I'll go for problem based teaching. After that, I'll go for the application based teaching since, application is necessary for every science stream.
