About Artur
Hi! I’m Artur, an Honors Computer Science student at the University of Alberta with a Math minor and over 200 hours of one-on-one tutoring experience. I specialize in helping K–12 students succeed in math using structured, engaging lessons tailored to their needs.
I’ve tutored students across Canada through Tutorax and previously worked at KPI Lyceum, a STEM-focused high school. I’m experienced with the Ontario curriculum and have supported students with ADHD by using patient, adaptive strategies that build confidence and understanding

I focus on understanding, not memorizing. Each lesson starts by finding where the student is stuck, then I explain with simple examples and real-life connections. We go through practice together, and I check understanding at the end. I adapt to each student’s level and goal — whether it’s catching up, getting ahead, or prepping for an exam.

I recommend Artur as a tutor — he knows his stuff and helped me out a lot when I needed it.
We were really lucky to find Artur. Our daughter was struggling with the SAT and started off at a 1220. After just 3 months of working with him, she managed to bring it up to a 1370. He was super patient and explained things in a way that actually made sense to her. Especially in math, where she lacked confidence before.
