About Garry
Worked in all areas of pathology for 15 years. A a very successful soccer coach, I also have a Dip Ed. Have tutored nurses and other staff at the Red Cross Blood Bank, I have much experience in basic techniques, instrumentation, data analysis, calculations, and the linkage between the theoretical and the practical.

I take a hands on approach to knowledge acquisition. First is to gain an understanding of the conceptual view of the topic under consideration and the approach taken in class. New knowledge needs to be fitted into the existing body and identification and overcoming of any blocks to this. Next comes demonstration and the various ways the problem might be approached. Successful problem solving indicates mastery of the topic.
