About Gabriel
I am a selective high school graduate and third-year UNSW Economics student. I achieved an ATAR of 95+ and have spent the last two years working a cadetship in the Research division of the investment bank UBS concurrent with my studies.
I have read 46 books on economics and finance, and have studied economic theory and economic history in my free time since the age of 11. I founded and ran an Economics Club at my high school from 2019 to 2021, demonstrating the passion and depth of knowledge needed to serve my students.
I have 3 years experience tutoring primary school students in preparation for opportunity class and selective high school tests, and know how to retain the attention of your child and maximise the productivity of our time together.

I can tutor high school students that need help with HSC Economics and younger students applying for selective schools or opportunity classes that need help with general thinking skills, mathematics, reading and writing.
For HSC Economics students, my aim is to ensure an intuitive and lucid understanding of economic theory with which my students feel equipped to tackle a variety of questions. After identifying the weaknesses and needs of my students, I design tailored lessons centred on theory and supplemented by past exam questions. I also give advice on answer structure, study tips and preparation for exams.
If your child is applying for selective schools or opportunity classes, I use practice papers to identify weaknesses that allow me to tailor lessons and design worksheets that improve performance.
