About Catherine

I became certified (CCH) and started working as a Hypnotherapist in 2019 after having worked as an English and French teacher for decades. I studied and taught so much about the powerful effects of our words and our stories. I wanted to help people use the magnetic effects of words and thoughts for personal transformation.
My approach is based in connecting with emotional processing as well as emotional impartiality, and also using bio energetics to develop increasingly deeper insights that thoughts are magnets and create stories, and stories are complex forces of energy. And this is our energy system that drives our perceptions and our state. My mission is to help people align their energy system to their most unimpeded life force, and hypnotherapy is a quick and permanent way to get there. As the Dao Te Ching states: Change your thoughts, change your life.

About the lesson

-using clinically proven 5 Path Hypnosis technique
-5 sessions (@ 100 minutes per session) and a daily 15 minute practice for powerful and permanent changes
-Compassion, humor, focus, creativity and transformation are words clients often use to describe our practice together.
-Everything we need is already inside us, and we just have to take time to be aware of the power within which will align us with our highest good, and then the new perspectives and new behavior follows.
