About Lakshmi Sridhar
I am a BSc (Math) & BEd. I have taught mathematics at Our Lady Queen of the Missions School (ICSE), Park Circus, Kolkata for 17 years and conducted private coaching for students from classes 6-10 from many reputed schools. Teaching is my passion and I love working with kids so I always try to make math as simple as possible for them.

I will be very patient and explain the fundamental principles of arithmetic, algebra, and geometry several times until students have fully understood the concepts. I will also give them simple examples wherever possible. Given my experience with the CBSE and ICSE curriculum, I will also set periodic tests that help students identify which concepts they have understood and which ones they have not. These tests also help prepare them for their school examinations. My approach will be to encourage and appreciate them so that they take interest in the subject.
