About Prem
Hi, I’m Prem Kumar, a 4th-year engineering student at IIT Kharagpur with a strong interest in Physics and problem-solving. Having prepared for competitive examinations myself, I understand the importance of both conceptual clarity and efficient problem-solving. I enjoy helping students understand the logic behind what they study rather than simply memorizing formulas. My goal is to make Physics approachable, intuitive and enjoyable while helping students build confidence in solving problems independently.

My teaching approach is focused on understanding where formulas come from, rather than simply memorizing them. I explain how one formula is derived from basic concepts and how related formulas connect, so even if a student forgets a formula during an exam, they can often reconstruct it logically.
For JEE Main objective questions, I use a structured approach: first identify and write down what is given, then identify the relevant concepts and formulas, and finally connect them to the required quantity. This simple process often makes a seemingly difficult problem much easier to approach and solve.
My classes are interactive and focused on problem-solving, conceptual clarity and exam-oriented thinking. I adapt the pace according to the student's level and encourage students to understand the reasoning behind each step rather than blindly memorizing methods.
