About Rich
I have been working as a professional illustrator, graphic designer and fine artist since graduating from the University of York in 2009. I have created illustrations and vector artwork for clients including Google, Becks, Callaway and Turning Point Brew Co. I have also exhibited my drawings internationally in places such as London, Amsterdam, Paris, Sydney and New York.

Learning how to draw can be a fun and rewarding experience, whether you are a beginner, a student or someone looking to reignite a passion, I will tailor my lessons to your individual needs. I specialize in pen and ink drawing, mark making, perspective and architectural drawing. I will help you understand the basic principles of perspective, structure, line weight, form and texture you need to know in order to create architecturally correct drawings.

Foundation Degree - Fine Art - York College
BA - Graphic Design - University Of York
I have spent the last ten years teaching people of all ages and abilities how to draw and how to screen print at my studio in York. I will always try to make my lessons a fun and relaxing place to learn with the focus on the individual student. I can help you tailor your portfolio to meet the requirements of the country's top Universities or help you gain the confidence to finally get your artwork exhibition ready.
