About Ioana
I have two years experience tutoring Maths and Physics at both GCSE and A-level difficulty. I have enjoyed volunteering by tutoring students from low-income backgrounds for the past three years. In the past, I have created content for an A-level revision website.

When teaching Maths, I first ensure that students have a strong foundation of basic arithmetic. Once this is achieved, I focus on more advanced topics helping students tackle questions of various difficulty.
When teaching Physics, I deliver lessons, which efficiently follows the specification, and provide examples throughout. I keep the lessons engaging by talking about real world examples and embedding ideas from my Physics degree.
In both subjects, I offer a question pack at the end of the session for students to complete as homework. I follow up on any question the student might have the next time we meet.
