About Lakshmi Priya
I am an MSc Applied Machine Learning graduate from Imperial College London with a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from NIT Calicut. I have always had a strong interest in Maths and science, and I enjoy helping others understand concepts that may initially seem difficult. I achieved 96/100 in Mathematics in Class 12 and continued studying mathematics extensively throughout my engineering and postgraduate degrees. I believe students learn best when they understand why something works rather than simply memorising formulae. I am patient, approachable and happy to explain a concept in different ways until it becomes clear. My aim is to help students become more confident and independent in Maths, Physics and Chemistry while also preparing effectively for their exams

I teach Maths, Physics and Chemistry through online lessons tailored to each student’s level and learning pace. I focus on making concepts clear from the basics before moving on to worked examples, practice questions and exam-style problems. I encourage students to ask questions and explain their reasoning so I can identify exactly where they are struggling. A typical lesson is around 60 minutes, although this can be adjusted depending on the student. I have a strong STEM background, with a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from NIT Calicut and an MSc in Applied Machine Learning from Imperial College London. My lessons are suitable for GCSE students who want to strengthen their understanding, improve problem-solving skills or prepare for exams.
