I prefer knowing the kids their interest and working on their mental strength and improve their interest towards the sport and their willingness to work hard and achieve great heights. I like to start from the scrap and develop them in a stepwise manner so they learn basics properly. I concentrate more on their fitness and movements on court and their never giving up attitude towards the game
