Ole ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Dadurch, dass er so jung ist, ist man leicht auf einer Wellenlänge und hat ein angenehmes Lernklima. Beim Lernen wird viel Wert auf das Verstehen gelegt, sodass man die Themen auch noch lange Zeit im Nachhinein versteht und sich viel Zeit beim Üben und Auswendiglernen spart. Ole nimmt sich viel Zeit zum Erklären und sorgt dafür, dass man alles auch restlos versteht.
