About Roxana Mihaela
I am a spanish student currently based in London and pursuing a degree in International Relations at KCL. I have experience in language learning both as tutor and student myself. My journey learning English, French and Romanian has given me first hand knowledge on the most effective and efficient methods for mastering a foreign language. Later on, tutoring students both privately and in groups for two years has taught me to identify the needs of the students and create a personalized learning plan for each of them.

My teaching method is based on developing a personalized learning plan for each student based on their needs. For this, I always start with an introductory lesson which I use to identify the student's knowledge, level and goals. From here, I create a plan for the following lessons with the topics to be addressed, the activities to be done and the lessoms structure. This plan is later on shared with the student as a guide. However, it must be noted lessons and content are flexible, since the interest is keeping the student engaged.
