About Brikena
Hello, my name is Brikena, and I am an experienced international educator with over 12 years of teaching experience in Biology, Science, Mathematics, and STEM education. I currently teach IB Diploma Programme Biology and MYP Science at an international school and have experience with IB, A-Level, and IGCSE curricula.
I am passionate about helping students build confidence and achieve their academic goals. My teaching style is supportive, patient, and focused on understanding rather than memorization. I believe every student can succeed when lessons are adapted to their individual learning needs.
Having worked with students from diverse cultural and academic backgrounds, I understand that each learner is unique. I aim to create a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and developing their skills.

I am an experienced international Biology and Science teacher with over 12 years of teaching experience. I currently teach IB DP Biology and MYP Science and have also taught A-Level and IGCSE Biology.
My lessons are tailored to each student's needs and focus on building understanding, confidence, and exam success. I use a student-centred approach, combining clear explanations, guided practice, exam-style questions, and effective revision strategies.
