About Praneeth

I am Praneeth, and investing has been both my passion and my profession. I spent five years in bulge-bracket investment banks, and I have since worked with hedge funds focused on public equities, a Search Fund, private equity and venture capital, analysing public and private opportunities at a professional level, and I advised investors and asset managers during three years at Oliver Wyman. I hold a Masters in Finance from London Business School, along with the CQF and the FRM. I coach because I enjoy turning raw curiosity about markets into real analytical skill.

About the lesson

I have invested and analysed deals across hedge funds focused on public equities, a Search Fund, private equity and venture capital, and I advised investors during three years at Oliver Wyman. So you learn investing from someone who has actually put capital and analysis to work.

I coach the practical skills that get people into and ahead in investing and deal roles: financial modelling from a blank page, DCF and relative valuation, LBO and M&A models, comparable companies, stock picking and portfolio construction, reading filings, and private equity and venture capital analysis. I also run focused investment banking and private equity interview preparation, including case and modelling tests.

Sessions are one to one and built on real companies and real models, so the skill transfers straight to your desk or your interview. A complimentary intro call is included, so we can scope your goal and agree a plan. Message me with where you are and what you want to reach.
