I love to create an environment for students to learn at their own pace. Keeping it fun and exciting while still educating based on the students needs and abilities. By the end of each session the student should be able to articulate, and or demonstrate what was learned in the course subject and practice during their off time.

Lessons are taught based on the students preferred and most consist way of learning. Generally, starts with verbal explanation, visual demonstration (if necessary), then collaborative (if necessary).
A typical lesson plan could consist of learning the many parts of the human anatomy, or, the beginning stages of learning the basics of exercise and general physical fitness through verbal and visual instruction for all age groups.
