About Eleonora
I've been tutoring ever since I was fourteen. My main subjects were English and History, as well as Italian for beginners. I was originally based in Rome, and obtained a Secondary School Diploma in language and literature. I currently hold a C2 Proficiency Level in English, which allows me to successfully provide a complete support base for any beginner or advanced Italian speaker.

My teaching method is based on the constant practice of the language.
The lesson will usually have an introductory ten minute light conversation, then a structured grammatical approach supported by text comprehensions and translations.
The material used in both comprehension and translation will vary based on the student's preference - eg. Books, Music, Movies - which allows me to provide a very interactive approach to the language.
Through my experience, I found that this method successfully allows for a more personal approach and favours those words and phrases essential in developing an everyday use of the language.
