About Agata

I’m Agata, a dedicated and academically trained tutor with a strong background in Media, Communications and Languages. I work with students who want more than just basic explanations — they want to understand deeply, improve their performance, and gain real confidence in their abilities.

My academic path has given me extensive experience in analysis, structured writing, research, and clear communication, which I now bring into my teaching. I am used to working at a high academic level and understand exactly what teachers and examiners look for. This allows me to guide students not only in learning content, but in learning how to achieve top results.

Professionalism and reliability are very important to me. I prepare every lesson carefully, adapt to each student’s needs, and create a calm, supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making progress without pressure. I am patient, organised, and focused on helping each student improve step by step.

Students and parents can expect lessons that are structured, goal-oriented, and tailored to individual strengths and areas for improvement. My aim is always to make learning clearer, more manageable, and more effective, while building long-term confidence and independence.

About the lesson

Hi, I’m Agata.

I am a tutor with an academic background in Media, Communications and Languages and my teaching focuses on helping students truly understand concepts, think critically and express their ideas clearly and confidently.

My approach is interactive, structured and tailored to each student. I believe learning works best when students are actively involved, so I guide them step by step through complex topics, breaking them down into clear and logical parts. I don’t just explain 'what' to do, but also 'why' it works, this helps students become independent and more confident over time.

During lessons, I use practical methods such as essay planning frameworks, real examples, guided exercises, vocabulary development, and live feedback. I specialise in helping students improve writing, structure strong arguments, and perform better in exams and assignments, especially in humanities, social sciences and academic English.

Lessons are usually 60 minutes long, with options for 45-minute focused sessions or 90-minute intensive support when needed.

I work with secondary school students, sixth form and A-level students, university students, and adult learners who want to improve academic skills or language. My students typically range from intermediate to advanced level, especially those who want to move from average results to high academic performance.

My goal is simple: to help students understand deeply, write effectively and gain confidence in their abilities.
