About Isola Clara
I am a 25 years-old Italian professional, coming to London for a year in order to attend LSE. After my graduation, I started working as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Bologna, for the English-taught international law course. For the past nine months I have been giving lectures to small groups and to huge classes at the University, at a specialistic Master in international relations and I held a module at a private Academy.

My teaching method is case-based. I try to bring to students' attention a number of cases in order to understand the courts' reasoning. However, following also the Italian method, I also use a lot the official legislation and the international treaties. I believe it is fundamental to understand how a norm was worded. Words and phrases can make a norm incredibly flexible.
