About Anna
I received my B.A. in Art History from Wake Forest University, my M.A. in Italian from Middlebury College, and my PhD in Italian from Indiana University in 2015. I have taught at multiple universities -- most recently High Point University -- and I teach all levels of language, composition and reading, culture, and literature.

I have 15 years of experience with the Italian language. I am also a mom! I think it's so important for young kids to be exposed to foreign languages. My lessons will focus on fun vocabulary and "language chunks," games, books (fairytales!), coloring activities, kids music in Italian, and Italian cartoons if the parent is comfortable with some screen time. Let's have fun and learn Italian!
