I am a visual merchandiser that has worked for 8 years in retail business and in the meantime, I travelled as much was possible. First at all I try to understand how the student learns, his interests and what he doesn't like. Than I find a personalized way to teach to him. With languages is necessary practice but also arguments that can catch the attention of the student. Usually I divide languages in 4 parts : listening, speaking, reading and writing. Than I want to see which is the worst level and which is the best and work on this 4 parts to improve the language. This is my method to teach.
