About Florence
Flo is a researcher at heart and has a deep desire to teach and inspire others. At the moment, she is finishing her PhD in Applied Linguistics. She loves exploring the patterns in languages around the world and is always up for a discussion on language-related issues and phenomena. In her free time, Flo enjoys being among children, teaching and equipping them with the knowledge and values to be better world citizens. Since finding her way into coding, Flo is often excited to discover the numerous similarities between coding and linguistics. Her background in Child Language Learning during her linguistics training informs her conviction that children can acquire as many languages as they are exposed to, including programming languages. She truly believes that each and every person can successfully learn and love coding.
