About Neema

I’m Neema Shetty, and I’ve been practicing meditation for over 20 years, starting from my school days. What began as a personal journey slowly became a way to support others through their own struggles.

I’ve attended Vipassana retreats and worked with students facing anxiety, fear, low self-esteem, addiction, and emotional overwhelm. I offer a safe, understanding space where you can work through your challenges at your own pace—with steady guidance and care.

About the lesson

I understand how overwhelming it can feel to manage your thoughts, emotions, and habits. Through meditation, coaching, and practical tools, I offer not just guidance but genuine support. I’m deeply committed to your growth—but progress depends on your willingness to put in the work.
