I work in financial services in Sydney, and I have been tutoring 14-16 year olds on a volunteer basis for two years. I am self taught in Python and I use it everyday in my work. I am very happy to teach introductory Python to students of any age.

The best way to learn a programming language is to take on small projects that interest the learner. While the basics are important, they are boring if attempted to be taught in and of themselves. Instead, they can be taught for the purpose of creating something greater.
