I’m currently working for an accountancy practice, I enjoy my career and have a real passion for learning and education.

Throughout my studies I have learnt that working through problems/questions is the best way to learn and remember. I would firstly like to ensure that students understand whatever concepts we are learning and then practise questions to really test understanding and use active recall to learn. I would like the student, with my help, to understand things for themselves. This is perfect for maths where practising questions (such as past paper questions) will directly help in their understanding and ultimately their performance in exams.
I am flexible when it comes to the length of lessons but I recommend at least one hour per lesson for us to properly discuss and practise questions on any topic.
Although I do not have direct experience of tutoring, I loved helping my fellow students at university with their maths problems and have worked a lot with other students. I am patient and good at working through problems from the ground up.
My lessons are good for senior school students ages from 11-18
