About Yukina

Learning Japanese is a journey, and I’d love to help you enjoy every step of it!

I have seven years of experience teaching English at a junior high school in Japan as well as experience teaching Japanese to children at a Saturday school in Australia. I also work in childcare in Sydney and am currently studying Japanese language teaching.

As someone who lives abroad and uses a second language every day, I understand the challenges and joys of learning a new language.

My goal is to create a friendly, supportive environment where you feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and building confidence.

Let’s enjoy learning Japanese together!

About the lesson

I believe learning Japanese should be fun, practical and tailored to each student’s goals and interests.

My lessons combine textbooks, conversation practice, role-plays and Japanese culture, including anime and songs. I focus on helping students use Japanese naturally in real-life situations.

For beginners, we can start with hiragana, katakana and everyday expressions. Intermediate and advanced learners can develop their skills through conversations, grammar practice and authentic materials.

I welcome both children and adults, from beginners to advanced learners and adapt each lesson to their individual needs.
