About Kokono

I’d love to show people how enjoyable and rewarding speaking Japanese can be. It can be fun and exciting, not just difficult. Through teaching, I also hope to improve myself and connect with people who share an interest in Japanese language and culture:)

About the lesson

I adjust my teaching style based on your needs — from casual conversations to build speaking skills, to structured lessons for academic learning. Lesson length can be anywhere between 30 minutes and 2 hours. While I’m not a certified tutor, I’ve spoken both Japanese and English my whole life, and I promise we’ll learn together and make it fun! My lessons are for anyone interested in Japanese, at any level or age.
