I am a University student studying biomedical science, a graduate of the ministry of dance and Bacchus Marsh Grammar. I currently teach at Macedon ranges calisthenics club I have been since January this year. I have been personally Involved in callisthenics since I was 2 up until I was 17, however, I had to stop as it began to interfere with my studies

I like to really focus on technique and ensuring that the student is doing the correct movement with proper technique as to ensure they do not cause injury or create bad habits. I also like to give the students an opportunity to create and do improvise as it allows them to discover their own style and helps with self development
