About Caroline
I am a university student with prior experience in tutoring around Sydney. In 2018, I achieved an ATAR of 99.7 (equivalent to 43 IB and OP1). I am currently a first year student studying Medicine at JCU.
In years 11 and 12, I studied English, German, Mathematics, Economics, Chemistry and Sport Exercise and Health Science.
I tutor in Chemistry SL, Economics HL/SL, Literature HL/SL and Mathematics SL. I can also tutor year 7-10 in a variety of subjects such as Mathematics, Science and English.

My teaching method is to encourage the student to think aloud so I can understand how their brain works to approach a problem. This allows me to help the student to redirect their method of thinking towards a efficient way of thinking in order to solve questions they initially did not understand. I also teach students how to strategies to recognise different styles of questions to prompt them in answering the question.
