About Anthony
I am a medical student at JCU, and have been tutoring for a few years now! I graduated high school in 2015, with English, Maths and Physics being some of my strongest subjects. I was a mentor at St Peters College (South Australia) and have continued to tutor here in Townsville! I am a very easy going guy, and love to have a laugh. I approach any challenge with an optimistic, hard working attitude!

I believe that being able to understand the bigger picture is key for learning. Students often get frustrated with small details before they even know what they are looking at. Breaking down topics in a simple step by step process is the best way to learn, and will have students gain more confidence quickly with their learning. I will also teach students the best way to read and handle questions. Rather than overthinking basic questions, I encourage students to remember the topics and concepts they know, and apply them to any question they may receive in the course. I also create a friendly, fun environment. I have a natural ability to turn any "boring" class into something enjoyable, simply by excelling in it and having students wanting to learn more.
