About Tanmay
I received my first lesson in Yoga from my Yoga teacher in high school. I then started following books to improve my knowledge about Yoga. I've trained my friends, neighbours and family members for the last 10 years. I practice Yoga at least 10 hours weekly

I start my sessions with warm ups, free hand exercises, then I teach the very basic yoga postures so that people feel comfortable at the beginning. Then slowly, I push for the more difficult postures and at the end of the sessions I do Pranayam, breathing exercises
