I began playing the 5 string banjo at the age of 10 and I know how difficult, time consuming and frustrating learning an instrument can sometimes be. It is because of this that I have developed a unique teaching method that will result in you being able to play what you want and how you want to play it; in time creating your own style. The aim being to make practice a pleasure! I have fully transcribed the original version of Dueling Banjos - as heard on the soundtrack to the film "Deliverance". It is to my knowledge the only accurate version in print (as I searched high and low for it myself) and I use this as a target for my banjo students.
