About Layanna
I am 15 years old and a junior in high school. I have taken 5 AP classes, and many more honors! I am willing to work and be patient with any of your needs, from basic reading and writing to math skills, such as Algebra 2. I believe that anyone can be great in school, as long as they put in the work needed! Being patient and consistent will allow you to do anything you put your mind to!

As a 15-year-old reading and writing tutor, I explain math the same way I approach reading—by breaking things into smaller, understandable parts. I help students see patterns, like matching bases in exponents, the same way we look for themes or main ideas in stories. I keep things simple, clear, and conversational so it feels more like talking with a friend than a lesson.
