About Laurie
At the Oklahoma School of Science and Mathematics, I learn the same classes as any high schooler but at a college level. With over 21 credit hours a semester, I take the rigorous classes and sift through the nonsense and strange calculations so you don't have to. For a long time math and physics have made students doubt their intellectual ability, and I'm here to stop that from happening to you.

I am a proofs based teacher with experience in college level mathematics and physics courses as a high school junior. I am tutoring this summer and possibly afterwards to get experience as an educator and to help my community. My main goal is to teach others like me that math and physics can both be a lot more fun than deriving formulas and solving kinematics. My specific strengths include anything up to algebra, general physics, statistics, and pre-calculus. I am open to being adaptable and learning with you on this journey!
