About Luzaan
I have a history in health and fitness coaching, i have spent the last 4 years traveling and working around different countries of the world helping others where i can in what they need. I have studied my yoga teachers training in bali, thai massage therapy /yoga in Thailand, personal training and wellness coaching in South Africa, several training modules in the states and california, and i have practiced as a massage therapist where i am. My love for nature and feeling alive motivates me to help others feel alive and well to enjoy everyday!
