About Owen
As a past A-level student, I understand the pressure and stress during the exam period, and a few of my classmates dropped out of maths just because they felt underprepared for the exam, and I felt bad for them as they spent almost two years on their A-level. Therefore I decided to become a math tutor and help the student prepare for their exam and enjoy the time doing maths.

For A-level students, the first lesson, I will provide a mock exam paper and ask the tutee to finish it with time pressure and see what topics is he or she not feeling confident about and set questions on those specific topics and look at past exam questions in order to boost their understanding in maths and feel more confident in their exam.
For others, instead of doing lots of questions, I will prepare math-related games or interesting maths questions for tutees in order to increase their interest in maths instead of hating it as sometimes lots of numbers on a piece of paper will sometimes be overwelling.
