I prefer Practical and methodological techniques to teach and Syllabus is divided into months further in weeks, weekly test and analysison particular parts(weakness or strength).
Personally my questioning teaching method(a daily task is given to them to dig out the minimum ten possible questions of a particular topic)on urge the student's interest into the subject.
