Karate practitioner gives martial arts, karate and self defence classes (Individual or Groups)

Alvaro is a great teacher, he clearly knows what he is doing. He is patient and motivates you to accomplish your goals. During the time I trained with him I was able to learn a lot and I would totally recommend him.

From my experience and personal connection with Alvaro, I can say that he is more than capable to teach self defence lessons. His years of experience practicing Karate and other martial arts, patience and excellent ability to communicate with others are his most denyable skills.
