Given the mass confusion about what a ketogenic diet truly is and how it works, it is essential to provide a clear background to a few metabolic processes of the body as well as to explain in detail how to achieve a ketogenic state organically and sustainably in order for it to provide a wide range of benefits over time.
Along with dietary plans, recipes, and cooking lessons, I always include scientific knowledge and the latest developments in food science to educate clients, as to empower them to make choices independently and confidently and maintain a ketogenic lifestyle over time.
A class normally is structured in three parts: topic introduction, a short-simplified biochemistry explanation, how it applies to food choices s well a few recipes examples.

Course setup
I have been a clinical nutritionist for over 2 years and followed clients with extreme fatigue, weight gain, stress, and poor sleep.
As each client became a student, during our consultation I have experience in tutoring people with a variety of different issues, different backgrounds, and dietary habits as well as different life situations requiring a wider array of day-to-day solutions to provide an effective treatment.
All my clients have seen improvements on their presenting complaints and came back months later for more fixes when necessary, as well as referred to friends as family.
