About Marcel
As a dedicated kickboxing instructor, my goal is to empower students of all levels to achieve their personal best—whether in fitness, self-defense, or competition. I am committed to teaching proper technique, discipline, and resilience in a safe and supportive environment. Through structured training, motivation, and encouragement, I aim to help each student build confidence, strength, and skill, while fostering a positive and respectful community where everyone can grow. To share my passion for the arts as well as to pass on my knowledge to the next generation.

Enjoy a Full body 1hr session.
Improve your strength and endurance – Builds muscle tone, power, and stamina. Boosts flexibility and coordination
Enhances self-defense skills – Practical techniques that can be used in real situations.
Session's difficulty level will vary as you progress in the understanding and application of various techniques and skills.
I have several years of teaching and training experience in JKA Karate as well as Dutch style Kick boxing. Basics in Boxing as well as MMA.
All ages and skill levels welcomed.
