About Sivalekha
I am a junior doctor, with a previous degree in biomedical science, who has been involved with tutoring science and maths for the past 5 years. I have taught a range of students, but primarily focus on those taking GCSE or A-level science or maths. Many of my students have gone off to continue Science at top London universities.

My teaching style varies depending on my tutee and how they learn best. Enthusiasm is key in ensuring that the tutee enjoys the subject and develops a curiosity, which moulds them into broadminded individuals who are keen on learning. I am determined to work through any problems with my tutees and ensure that they have a sound understanding of the concepts before progressing. It is important to evaluate the understanding the student has of each topic before introducing more complex concepts. Having taken tuition myself during my A-levels, I understand and value its importance.
