About Christopher
I have experience in both on street and specialist roles of law enforcement, utilizing my knowledge to deal with multiple situations to keep myself and others safe.
I have been practicing Krav Maga for over 4 years & have successfully completed my Instructors course. I have previous experience in Boxing, Tae Kwon Do, Muay Thai & BJJ which I have trained since 2010.
I believe that everyone should be able to walk in peace, by finding the confidence and having the knowledge to deal with situations which appointments can't control.
My goal is to increase the safety of LAO both on and off duty as well as increase fitness, clarity of the mind, confidence in difficult situations and overall happiness and wellbeing.

I have been practicing Krav Maga for a total of 4 years and have completed my Instructors Course with over 150+ hours of teaching experience. I currently hold the rank of P5 with previous experience in Boxing, Tae Kwon Do, Muay Thai & BJJ.
I specialise in providing self defence lessons to members of LE, security and other personnel to provide protection and solutions to situations where appointments are ineffective.
We will work together to create a plan which focuses on your goals, and develop skills to increase confidence and safety.
Personal Training lessons are 1 hour in length for $60.
