About Nick

Hi there! I'm an undergraduate BSc Economics student at the University of Warwick, looking to help others with secondary and GCSE level mathematics.
I achieved a 9 in GCSE Maths in 2018. My degree course contains a high level of mathematical content, so my maths skills are still top notch.

My approach is to target the skills and knowledge that my students may struggle with and need clarification with. I aim to explain the reasoning behind each step as much as possible. If the method is understood, then hopefully it can be applied to new situations/questions. I focus on gentle teaching, to avoid frustration and resentment towards the subject!
